Hello! - I'm happy to report that we just finished sending out ALL orders that don't include a Shortcake Toy! ♪٩(✿′ᗜ‵ ✿)۶♪ Thank you so much for all of the patience and kindness while we get through all the orders and requests! Below are a few more updates regarding the toys. 

Production Update

• The mold is finished and the first test pour and paint has been complete! It was then fit with its packaging mold and now on it's way to me for final approval! This is a necessary step since the very first prototype was created with 3D printing and this little guy is the first created with the mold. He should arrive to me at the end of June and upon approval will immediately go into full production. Look at him in his plastic safety gear, looking all official!

• I want to be fully transparent about the timeline, Shortcake Toys may not arrive to you until September. The production time estimate after approval is 5 weeks. After following our plushies through the customs process, we believe they will take about 4 weeks once shipped to arrive at our door and then about a week to get through the 500 orders that include a toy. We have our fingers crossed for a little extra speed in each part of the process, especially customs.

I cannot affect this wait time or the crazy customs slow downs. My manufacturing team is working hard and I have done everything here in the office to ensure that the packing process will go quickly and smoothly. I know that this can be frustrating, but I'm asking for your continued patience and understanding. I have learned a lot from this first experience in figurines and understand much more about the true length of this process from this project. 

Feel free to ask any questions below or email us directly at [email protected] - Please refrain from sending rude emails about these things we cannot control and simply ask for a refund if you cannot wait for the extended delivery. If you would like all of your other items now and your toy later, you can email the above address for a split shipping quote!

A few other notes:

• Yes, all Garden Cow goodies (accept toys of course) will be going live on our website in July. Everything that has been preordered is set aside to ensure correct inventory numbers.
• Yes, we are currently working on a Shortcake and Cobbler plushie set! I do not want to cause alarm or have anyone think we are moving onto new projects without fulfilling old. This is simply how we must continue with business while we wait for the delivery. No time put towards new projects is taken out of the priority we put towards current projects. 
• As many of you have seen on Instagram stories, we will unfortunately not be fulfilling international orders of toys to the EU or UK. Due to the change in production times we will not be able to fulfill these orders by July 1st which is the official date of the start of the new customs/tax/toy code laws for EU/UK friends. All affected customers have been fully refunded and privately contacted. This also means that we will not be selling these in our shop internationally outside of US/Canada/Australia. We are currently partnered with stores and brands that ship worldwide where you will be able to order a Shortcake Toy. More info on where you can buy one after preorders ship TBA.

Hey everyone! Popping in for another update! Everything's going smoothly and our office is full of so many adorable cow goodies ready to go out to their new homes. Please read the below info and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions! ʕ✿๑•́ ᴥ •̀๑ʔ

All addresses will be locked in 48 hours! 

• If you need to change your address, a link is in your reminder email or you can click here to visit the Backerkit page and enter your email to view your pledge.
• If you are moving soon and will be updating your address but don't have it yet: email me at [email protected] so that I can mark your order to be double checked.

Rewards without the toy will start going out this coming week!

• I'm currently waiting on a few packaging items then we will start shipping rewards that include anything but the toy! This process will take a few weeks because we are just 2 people and this Kickstarter has so many awesome backers, thank you for the patience!

Toy Production Update

• The toys will soon be going into production after the finishing of their mold - then onto assembly, painting, packaging and shipping. My original deadline of June/July shipping may be pushed back a bit but still within this summer. Thank you for understanding, this is our very first toy production project and while we have done everything to be as fast as possible, these things can take longer than estimated.
• I am also closely following an order of plushies (from the same manufacturer) as they travel through customs to track how long the current clearance is taking with Covid slow-downs. I will take this data into consideration with future shipping updates and timelines.

Happy May friends! (♡´౪`♡)

Today's update is all about production! 

✦ Shortcake Toys - The mold is almost finished! I knew the molding process would take a while so I decided to prepay to speed up this process since the survey and funds transfer can take a while. I'm happy to report that everything's going smoothly with the toys!

✦ Enamel Pins, Blankets and Apparel - All ordered and should arrive within 2 weeks

✦ Stickers and Prints - Already here and being packaged

Extra Reminders:

✦  All surveys have been locked! Addresses will lock once we are ready to start shipping (in a few weeks still) and you will get an email from BackerKit reminding you that I'm locking addresses!

✦  We are still on track for fulfilling non-toy orders at the end of May and orders that include the toy starting in late June. We are currently closely following an order of plushies and watching the time it takes to go through customs which have been pretty slow lately. This could effect the timing of shipping toy orders but we are still confident with the original timeline.

Surveys will be going out starting today! A smoke test has been sent out to 5% of backers as a trial run to make sure they go smoothly and then all surveys will be sent out by tomorrow (the 15th) - Thank you for the patience as we waited through the 14 day period for Kickstarter to correct payments! :)
