All packages are out and should be delivered if you're in the US! It has been wonderful watching them arrive and seeing them in their new homes these last few weeks! Thank you all again for supporting this project and the patience with the wrap up!

Leftover Shortcake toys as well as Shortcake and Cobbler plushies are now available in our shop! There are limited numbers available right now as we are closing on Dec. 10th for End of the Year maintenance and break, but all remaining stock will return again in January 2022!

I realized that I never shared here on Kickstarter that we expanded this collection and have another herd of 6 cows called Harvest Cows and a Special Edition Boo the Bat Cow available in the same products as the Garden Cows - You can check out the whole Cow Crew in our shop!

✦ They're Here! ✦ SHIPPING STARTS NEXT WEEK! ✦

     They have arrived safe and sound! PHEW! So happy to be at the finish line and so so SO excited for these little guys to be finally going home! I am so thankful for all of your patience and kindness while waiting for this project to wrap up. 

     I learned SO much about vinyl figures, international shipping and organization with this project and while we do not plan on doing any future preordering campaigns due to the complexity and wait time, I am so super excited for 2022 and the projects I have planned to share.

     This will be the last update on this project and I cant wait to see all the Shortcake photos! Please tag me @BrightBat and dont hesitate to reach out here or at [email protected] with any questions. I will pop in with an update with the release date for the Shortcake figures and plushies in our shop after all preorders have shipped.

As mentioned in previous updates, we expect that once they arrive they will take a week or so to get out all 500 orders after intake. We are still just a 2 person team so your patience with shipping means a ton! Here's a rundown of the steps we take as soon as the toys arrive as part of the product intake and sorting process:

• Get final measurements for different box sizes, order boxes - DONE - boxes expected to arrive Thursday
• Quality checking outer packaging and random pulls to make sure everything looks good - Starts Wednesday - but everything seen so far looks perfect and ready to go!
• Box assembly- pre-building 500 boxes and stuffing each with the  pre-packed flyers, stickers and other rewards that come with toys and  separating into sections: just the toy, mini bundles and big bundles! - This will take the longest but we plan to work overtime next week to get organized and start shipping!

Reminder that we do not go in order of backed as this would take even  longer, we go in batches of type such as orders with just the toy, mini  bundles and big bundles but rest assured that during this time we are  working our buns off to get these out to you ASAP, especially after such  a long wait!

ON MONDAY OCT. 11TH WHEN WE BEGIN SHIPPING, NO ADDRESS CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED and we will not replace packages that have been delivered to an old address. Thank you for triple checking!

We are nearing the estimated 1 month mark to get through customs and while the delays have been nuts with shipments and cargo freight, we expect them to stay on track and arrive in the next few weeks! YAY!

Hello friends! - I wanted to let you all know that the Shortcake Toys have officially shipped to us this week!  ( Copied from the last update: we believe they will take about 4 weeks once shipped to arrive at our  door and then about a week to get through the 500 orders that include a  toy. ) Our plan is to have them by Sept. 25th and start shipping immediately!

✦Production & Packaging Update ✦

Hey everyone! - I'm just popping in with your monthly update on the progress with Shortcake toys! 

✦ Production Update: ✦

• The final prototype was sent to me and approved! This one is the final form, made from vinyl and it looks and feels great! 
• Full production started, figures made from the mold and all cows are now in the painting process. Check out these cool behind the scenes shots! 

• They are still on track with the new production timeline- shipping to us in August, going through customs then shipping out from us to you in September.  ( Copied from the last update: we believe they will take about 4 weeks once shipped to arrive at our door and then about a week to get through the 500 orders that include a toy. )

✦ Packaging Update: ✦

     This longer than anticipated wait has given us extra time to think harder about the box packaging Shortcake comes in. The milk cartons were SO cute but during their long shipping journey to us, the integrity of the boxes shape would most likely have issues with bent or crushed boxes due to them not fitting together perfectly. Doing square boxes would be much better to securely fit and ship them safely. 

     After receiving our final prototype, we also decided to add extra film to the base and the basket of strawberries to prevent any scuffing from transporting. 

     So here is the boxes final design! I love how it turned out and think this is better security AND design wise. This new box will feature a barn door style front with a clear window to peek at your new figure or creative displaying! I hope you like it!

     I cannot affect this wait time or the customs slow downs. My manufacturing team is working hard and I have done everything here in the office to ensure that the packing process will go quickly and  smoothly. I know that this can be frustrating, but I'm asking for your continued patience and understanding. I have learned a lot from this first experience in figurines and understand much more about the true  length of this process from this project.

If you would like all of your other items now and your toy later, you can email the above address for a split shipping quote!

A few other notes:

• The entire Garden Cows Collection (except toys and plushies) is now available in our main shop. Everything that has been preordered is set aside to ensure correct inventory numbers.
• Yes, we are currently working on a Shortcake and Cobbler plushie set! I do not want to cause alarm or have anyone think we are moving  onto new projects without fulfilling old. This is simply how we must  continue with business while we wait for the delivery. No time put  towards new projects is taken out of the priority we put towards current projects.
